Shipmuch respects intellectual property rights and expects users of the Shipmuch platform and services (“Services”) to do the same.
This Copyright & DMCA Policy describes how Shipmuch responds to:
- copyright infringement claims;
- intellectual property complaints;
- and unauthorized content or software distribution.
Shipmuch is operated by TORIS Technologies (Pty) Ltd (“Shipmuch”, “we”, “us”, or “our”).
2. Scope
This Policy applies to:
- applications deployed through the Services;
- hosted content;
- repositories connected to the platform;
- deployment artifacts;
- websites hosted through Shipmuch infrastructure;
- and user-generated operational content.
3. Intellectual Property Responsibility
Customers are solely responsible for ensuring that:
- applications;
- software;
- repositories;
- assets;
- content;
- and deployments used through the Services do not infringe third-party intellectual property rights.
Shipmuch does not actively monitor or pre-screen customer deployments for copyright compliance.
4. Reporting Copyright Infringement
If you believe content or deployments hosted through Shipmuch infringe your copyright or intellectual property rights, you may submit a written infringement notice to:

A copyright complaint should include:
- identification of the copyrighted work claimed to be infringed;
- identification of the allegedly infringing material;
- URLs, domains, deployment identifiers, or sufficient locating information;
- contact information of the complaining party;
- a statement of good faith belief that the use is unauthorized;
- and a statement that the information provided is accurate.
Shipmuch may request additional information where necessary.
6. Takedown & Enforcement
Shipmuch reserves the right to:
- investigate infringement claims;
- restrict access to allegedly infringing content;
- suspend deployments;
- disable hosted services;
- or terminate accounts associated with repeated violations.
Enforcement actions may occur without prior notice where operationally necessary.
7. Counter-Notifications
If a customer believes content was removed or restricted in error, they may submit a counter-notification containing:
- identification of the affected material;
- a statement disputing the claim;
- relevant supporting information;
- and contact details.
Shipmuch may review counter-notifications at its discretion.
8. Repeat Infringers
Shipmuch may suspend or permanently terminate accounts associated with repeated intellectual property violations.

Shipmuch may investigate complaints involving:
- impersonation;
- brand misuse;
- deceptive applications;
- or misleading hosted services.
10. Platform Limitations
Shipmuch operates as a deployment and infrastructure platform.
Customers acknowledge that:
- Shipmuch does not actively monitor all customer deployments;
- hosted workloads may change dynamically;
- and operational systems may automatically deploy customer content.
Shipmuch is not responsible for customer-provided content except where required by applicable law.
11. False or Abusive Claims
Shipmuch reserves the right to reject:
- fraudulent complaints;
- abusive notices;
- malicious takedown requests;
- or unsupported infringement allegations.
Submitting knowingly false claims may expose the submitting party to legal liability.
12. Cooperation with Authorities
Where legally required, Shipmuch may cooperate with:
- law enforcement agencies;
- courts;
- regulatory bodies;
- and intellectual property rights holders.
13. Changes to This Policy
Shipmuch may update this Policy periodically to reflect:
- operational changes;
- legal developments;
- and infrastructure evolution.
